Returns Policy
OstrichLand Store gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 3 calendar days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
How to Return
You have 2 options:
1. Visit our farm location during regular business hours. Bring the original sales receipt and returning item(s). Government issued ID may also be required.
2. Dispatch back your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the items is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Incorrect / Damaged items
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service at 647-988-0841 during regular business hours for further instructions. Please have your ORDER ID number available for reference.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Any questions regarding date posting to your account should be directed to your card-issuing bank.
Please note: All shipping costs are non-refundable.
